Master Technician Must have at least 15 years experience with a variety of high performance & exotic vehicles. At least one ASE certification required. Ability, honesty & integrity required, as are references.
Sliding scale commission based on net weekly production (35% to 45%) results in highly competitive compensation. Air conditioned shop, Blue Cross Hospitalization / Major Medical & Dental, Short Term and Long Term Disability insurance, Life insurance, 401(k), Profit Sharing (IF PROFITS ALLOW), Paid Vacation, Holidays & Sick Pay. Company pays 50% of Blue Cross premium. All other insurances (i.e. supplemental, vision, etc.) are 100% employee-paid.
