Statement of Ethics for our Customers

Hesco's goal for our customers is to earn and maintain a reputation for quality service at a reasonable cost.  We strive to be the automotive shop that can accomplish what our customers want when other shops can't.

Our customers are our business partners.  We value our customers, and will treat them with dignity and respect, always attempting to meet or exceed their expectations.

We will strive to provide accurate estimates of total cost to complete a given repair or project, and pledge to keep our customers informed if it becomes apparent that the cost will exceed our estimates.

We will at all times abide by the customer's wishes as to specific materials or methods used to complete their project, and will be open to terminating the project if the customer so desires.

We will attempt to settle amicably any disputes with our customers, but should that not be possible, we are bound by our membership with the Birmingham Better Business Bureau to abide by the Bureau's arbitration procedures for disputes.
